I’m a new client—what should I know before booking?

Welcome! I recommend starting with a consultation or a “New Lovely” package tailored for first-time clients. This gives us time to talk through your goals and create a customized plan.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! I offer in-person and virtual consultations to make sure we’re the right fit and to set clear expectations for your service.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

What kind of color services do you specialize in?

I specialize in custom color—dimensional brunettes, soft blondes, lived-in looks, and low-maintenance transformations that reflect you.

Do you offer extensions?

Yes—I offer hand-tied extensions for volume and length. A consultation is required to determine if you’re a good candidate and to build a plan that fits your lifestyle.

I welcome all hair types and textures within my scope of practice. If I feel another stylist would better serve your needs, I’ll gladly refer you.
